We accept exchanges for non-customized products within 07 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed) with original packaging and tags.

To request an exchange:

  2. Once the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on sending the item back.
  3. After receiving the original item, we will process the exchange and send the replacement.

2.3 Exchange Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the original item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item to you.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
